Let our highly qualified coaches guide you through your skill achievements.  We specialize in building tumbling and cheer skills from the basics to the most technical. We offer a wide variety of classes for athletes ages 3 and Over. From forward rolls and cartwheels to advanced skills such as full and beyond we’ll be your partner in discovering what you are capable of. We offer many monthly packages, no matter what you are looking for, we have a spot for you!

Our most popular class package is our silver package!

BRONZE PACKAGE

  • 1 set class per week
  • Bonus: 1 supporting class per week

SILVER PACKAGE

  • 2 set classes per week
  • Bonus: 1 supporting class per week

GOLD PACKAGE

PLATINUM PACKAGE

  • 2 set classes per week, 2 Private Lessons Per Month

Supporting classes are 25 minute classes offered throughout the week to help athletes be stronger, more flexible and to see faster skills progressions.

CLASS OPTIONS

Our Level 1 Beginner class  is the perfect class for your child age 5 to 7 to learn the basics of tumbling. In this class you will learn:

  • Forward Roll
  • Backwards Roll
  • Handstand
  • Cartwheel
  • 10-second Bridges
  • Standing Bridge
  • Front Limber
  • L-Kick to 1 Leg Bridge

This class is offered:

  • Monday 4pm
  • Thursday 6pm

This is an advanced Level 1 class for athletes ages 6-10, in this class athletes will work to perfect their walkovers. When athletes graduate this class, it’s time to start flipping! Skills trained in this class include:

  • Handstand Pop
  • Cartwheel Switch Leg
  • Front Walkover
  • Back Walkover
  • Back Walkover Switch Legs
  • Front Walkover
  • Front Walkover Cartwheel

This class is offered:

  • Monday 6pm
  • Tuesday 5pm
  • Wednesday 4pm

This is a Level 1 class, in this class athletes will work to their Level 1 Tumbling skills with athletes ages 11-18. When athletes graduate this class, it’s time to start flipping! Skills trained in this class include:

  • Forward and Backwards Rolls
  • Cartwheels
  • Handstand and Handstand Pops
  • Standing Bridge
  • Bridge Kickover
  • Front and Back Walkover
  • Back Walkover Switch Legs

Our BHS class is the perfect class for your child ages 6 and up to work on learning a Back Handspring. In this class you will learn:

  • Standing Back Handspring
  • Round Off Back Handspring
  • Front Handspring or Flyspring
  • Front Walkover Round Off

This class is offered:

  • Monday 4:30, 7pm
  • Tuesday 5:30, 7pm
  • Wednesday 7pm
  • Thursday 4, 6pm
  • Sunday 1pm

This is an introduction to cheerleading course that is designed to give kids a taste of what cheer is all about. In this class, they will execute cheer jumps, dance moves, tumble, work on cheers, and stunt.

Class is offered:

  • Wednesday 6:30pm
  • Thursday 6pm

This is a great class to work on your flexibility, strength and balance! Whether you aspire to be a flyer one day or you are just looking for a deep stretch this class will be great for you!

  • Mondays 5:00 pm

This class is designed specifically for high school aged athletes whose skill goals may not align with our standard class progressions. Unlike our traditional tumbling classes, High School Tumbling offers a more flexible structure, allowing athletes to focus on the specific skills their school team requires—whether that’s standing tucks, series passes, or elite running tumbling. With guided instruction and individualized support, athletes have the freedom to prioritize and work on what matters most to them and their program, all while maintaining proper technique and safety.

This tumbling class is for athletes who have started learning their Back handspring and are ready to become a master! In this class you will learn:

  • Front Walkover Round Off BHS
  • Round Off 3 BHS
  • Series Standing BHS
  • Jump BHS
  • BWO BHS

This class is offered:

  • Monday 7:30pm
  • Tuesday 5pm
  • Thursday 7pm

The Tucks Class is great for those athletes ready to learn their Back Tuck! Skills trained in this class include:

  • Round Off BHS Tuck
  • Toe touch Series BHS Rebound onto Pit
  • Front Punch

This class is offered:

  • Monday 6:30pm
  • Tuesday 6:30pm
  • Wednesday 6pm
  • Thursday 4:30pm

Our layouts class is for athletes who have mastered all skills in the tucks class and have strong overall standing and running tumbling skills. In this class athletes will work on:

  • Round Off BHS Layout
  • Handspring Tuck
  • Standing Tuck
  • Front Punch Step Out or Whip to Layout

This class is offered:

  • Tuesday 4:30pm
  • Thursday 6pm

Our Level 5 Twisting class is for athletes who have mastered all skills in the layouts class and have strong overall standing and running tumbling skills. Skills trained in this class include:

  • Round Off BHS Full
  • Specialty to Full (Excluding Front Walkover)
  • Back Handspring Layout
  • Jump Tuck

This class is offered:

  • Tuesday 6pm
  • Thursday 7:30pm

The Level 6 Twisting Class is great for those ready to master their highest skills! Skills trained in this class include but are not limited to:

  • Round Off BHS Double
  • Standing Full
  • Standing One to Full or Two to Double
  • Specialty to Double
  • Arabian

This class is offered:

  • Monday 5:30pm

This is a great class to work on your higher level specialty skills, to attend this class you must have a strong Round Off BHS Layout on the floor. This class works on skills such as:

  • Front Punch Step Outs
  • Whips
  • Arabians

This class is offered:

  • Thursday 5:30pm
