The following items are terms and conditions for the 12 Days of Christmas Sweepstakes hosted on Facebook from Dec 6th, 2023 to Dec. 18, 2023. 

1. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.

2. No purchase is necessary to win. This contest is based on chance alone. Purchase does not enhance the chance of winning.

3. Participants may enter a total of three times each day by engaging with the Facebook post.

4. No participant may win more than once for the duration of the campaign.

5. Void where prohibited. To qualify for a prize, winners must live within 50 miles of Five Star Athletics (located at 2730 E 4th Street Reno NV.) No prizes will be mailed or may be redeemed unless the participant qualifies.

6. Prizes are not transferrable and may not be “gifted”. They must remain within the family who won.

7. Prizes may not be redeemed for cash and certificates will hold no cash value.

8. The contest will begin at 8 a.m. PST on Dec. 6 and will end at 10 a.m. on Dec. 18 when the final winner is announced.

9. Eligibility requirements. Winners must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Facebook profile in order to qualify.

10. Prizes must be redeemed, and credits must be used, no later than 11:59 p.m., Dec. 20, 2023.

11. Winners will be selected using a random participant contest generator and will be conducted impartially by a 3rd party.

Participants who cannot meet these requirements are discouraged from entering the sweepstakes.
