This camp is ideal for both beginners and experienced athletes looking to improve their cheerleading and tumbling skills. \nThroughout the week\, athletes will work on:\n•   Cheer motions\, jumps\, and performance skills\n•   Stunting & Tumbling fundamentals and progressions (grouped by skill level)\n•   Strength\, flexibility\, and body control\n•   Teamwork\, confidence\, and positive work ethic \nEach day includes structured skill training\, fun games\, movement breaks\, and team-building activities to keep athletes engaged all day long. Campers will be grouped by age and ability to ensure appropriate instruction and safe progression. \nA daily snack pack is included.
