FIVE STAR DREAM HOLIDAY MARKET

Join us for the Five Star Dream Holiday Craft Market, a festive event aimed at raising funds to send our talented athletes to Worlds! This is a great opportunity for vendors to showcase their crafts, products, and services to a large audience while supporting a fantastic cause.

– November 29th: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
– November 30th: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Booth Pricing
All Booths are 10×10, crafters can purchase as many booths as they would like
– Crafters: $60 each
– MLM Products: $100 each
– Youth Booths: $30 each (for young vendors under 16)

A booth map will be sent out on November 1st.  Booths will be assigned based on registration order. 

Optional Add-ons:
– Power to your booth: $10 per booth

Setup & Take Down Information
Setup Time: November 29th, 12:00 PM – 4:30 PM
All booths must be fully set up by 4:30 PM on November 29th and remain set up until 4:00 PM on November 30th.

Vendor Terms and Conditions
1. Setup and Teardown:
All booths must be set up by 4:30 PM on November 29th. Booths cannot be taken down before 4:00 PM on November 30th.

2. Hanging Items:
Use command strips, tape, or non-damaging hanging tools for hanging items.|

3. Booth Supplies:
Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, and other booth supplies.

4.  Alcohol:
No alcohol or alcohol sales are permitted on site.

5. Raffle Donations:
Please consider donating a craft item valued at $15 or greater for our raffle to help the team earn more from the event. Any donations can be noted on your registration form and submitted during set up.

6. Taxation Forms:
Volunteers will collect taxation forms on Saturday afternoon.If you have a taxation ID and do quarterly or monthly statements, include the number on your form. If you do not have a taxation ID, estimate your show sales, include payment for the taxes collected, and submit this with your taxation form.
Failure to turn in this form will bar you from future events and could prevent you from participating in any shows in Nevada.

7. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received in writing by October 1st will be refunded in full. After that, payments are forfeited.

8. Food Products:
If selling food products, contact the health department for a permit and have it available for inspection.
