This class is designed to get our youngest athletes started. It is designed for athletes ages 3-5 with little to no experience. In this class you will learn everything you need to be ready for our level 1 teams and prepare you for back handsprings. Athletes should be able to attend a one hour class without their parents to be ready to participate.
Beginner Tumbling: This is an introductory tumbling class for athletes ages 5-11 years old. No experience is required. Students will learn the basics of tumbling. Skills trained in the Beginner Basics class include: Lunge Lever, Forward Rolls, Handstands, Cartwheel and 10 second bridges.
Beginner Advanced: This is an advanced beginning tumbling class for athletes 5-11 years old who have shown near perfect execution in the elements taught in the Beginner tumbling class. Skills trained in the Beginner Advanced class include: Backwards Rolls, Standing Bridges, Elevated Kick Overs and Handstand Forward Rolls.
Walkovers 101: This is an advanced Level 1 class. In this class athletes will work their walkovers. When athletes graduate this class, its time to start flipping! Skills trained in the Walkovers 101 class include: Back and Front Walkovers, Running Round Offs, Cartwheel Back Walkovers, BWO Switch Legs, and Power Hurdle Round-Offs.
High School Tumbling:
This class is designed especially for High School students. In this class you will work with kids your age to get your skills ready for High School Cheer. Athletes of all ability levels are welcome.
This class is focused on learning both standing and round off back handsprings. You will learn the basics of a back handspring all the way through powerful series handsprings. While this class is open to anyone, you should be able to do a cartwheel with good form and a bridge to be successful in this class.
In this class you will learn everything from the basics of a tuck to more advanced skills including Layouts and Fulls. To be in this class you should have both standing series handsprings and round off series handsprings with good form.
What to have jumps that will make everyone jealous of you? This is the class to make that happen. Come and work to improve your technique, strength and flexibility to make your jumps amazing.
Core Fit and Flex:
This is a class for both current and aspiring flyers. In this class you will work on flexibility and strength to improve your flying skills.
This class is designed to teach you the basics of cheer. In this class athletes will learn basic motions, jumps, tumbling and stunting. This is a great class to start out with the see where you want to go in the cheer world. This is also a great class to prep yourself for tryouts.
Private Lessons are one of the best ways to get individual work on the skills your child wants to get better at. We offer private lessons for anything you can imagine.
Lessons are available at:
$30 for 30 minutes
$50 per hour or $60 for 2 people for an hour.
